Hey everyone, I’ve been wanting to make a text game for a while now to explore a story idea based on my favorite game in this genre, and I’d love to know what you all think of it.
The plot revolves around the mother’s deranged idea of turning her daughter into a useless, obese mass who needs her care. Perhaps this stemmed from the mother’s frustration at not being able to be as plump herself because of the beauty standards of her time, and this desire was reflected in her daughter Initially, the mother would only add slightly larger portions of food to the plates But the idea is that it doesn’t have a “happy ending”
Maya (The mother 38y) is an expert in soul food cuisine.
A family dinner where relatives are impressed by how much weight Michele (Daughter 20y) has been gaining And some family members might go from “impressed” to “concerned” when she goes from “acceptably thick” to “truly corpulent”
The ending can genuinely involve Michele becoming completely and totally dependent on her mom
If all the food is going to be cooked by Maya, then I think an interesting aspect of the story to explore would be the dark themes as they affect her too. By the time Michele’s genuinely massive, it’ll take a lot of food to keep her just… alive. Not even satisfied or full, but just fulfilling her basic caloric intake and Maya will have to spend a lot of time cooking, tiring her out considerably or she’ll just have to accept that not all the food that fattened her daughter up can be made by one person. Some personal drama is always fun in a dark theme story
Also, I thought a fun place to start the story would be at one of those family reunions. Maybe Maya’s mother, who had been extremely critical of Maya’s body all her life, was suddenly quite fat herself, much to her daughter’s surprise. Grandma Monica was super nonchalant about it while Maya was seething from the sheer hypocrisy and that’s what leads her to start fattening Michele up
It’d be a good point of comparison too, as maya grows bigger, surpassing dear ol gran gran, becoming the fattest in the family and in the world
It’d also help that feeling of initial healthy support from the family during reunions, as Grandma is also quite big, which turns to concern as Michelle skyrockets past her in terms of size and people start getting deeply concerne
“How overtly incesty will the story get?”
Okay, cool. Incesty it is. I think though we should introduce it gently. Maya’s a frustrated feedee after all, but now that she’s playing feeder, she gets to live vicariously through Michele and starts feeling those tingles whenever she looks at her, feeds her or sees her appetite growing. It starts innocently enough, playful, like the playful butt pat that starts off encouragingly, cheek kisses becoming full kisses, getting handsy while helping Michele dress… Until she is unable to stop herself from crossing lines. Michele, meanwhile, doesn’t think anything of it at the beginning. It’s just her mom being her mom. She might take note of it after a while, but starts realizing what’s going on after she’s gotten too used to it. She’s embarrassed by it at first, even playfully reluctant, but as it grows more intimate and explicit, the more resentful she becomes of it… but equally as shamefully intrigued. Eventually, it becomes an inevitability. She can’t do much on her own. She’ll need help satisfying certain urges she can’t manage even with toys… Until it becomes a daily life thing. They’re dating in all but name, much to Michelle’s chagrin
The grandma character could be a devil may care, joyful sort, to contrast with Maya. She is a happy and joyful old woman, completely unaware of the damage she’s done to her daughter and how resentful she secretly is. Even if she says it out loud, she’d just be dismissive like “Oh, darlin’, you’re exaggerating, I was never that critical of your body.” Eventually, the ending for this character could be… well, down the hatch, as we approach the ending stages of the story
“But why didn’t Maya gain weight when she was younger?”
Could’ve been a combination of factors 
If it was just the “I need a feeder” thing, she could’ve at least gained up to like 400 pounds before facing economic issues and 600 before needing physical help with everyday things… Not that they’d be easy at that point, but at least doable
We *want* the main reason to be pressure from dear Gran Gran, so that Maya’s resentful and all. I was suggesting diabetes because it could’ve taken years to manifest and, thusly, she might’ve been able to chase her dreams earlier in life, but now she’s missed her window
'Cause then Michelle could go “Why not just go to Gran Gran’s restaurant?” and Maya could misdirect, not wanting her mom to see how fat Michelle’s gotten
I like the restaurant angle, it explains why Maya’s such an amazing cook and so physically determined, taking care of her daughter and stuff
Finally, this is the basis of the story, and I would be very excited to see how it unfolds.
