Are there any games like this? A few examples would be getting out of breath while going up the stairs, failing at exercising, or moving slower overall. I’m open to text adventures and things like that.

There are many games here that ,when characters get fatter, some actions become slower
or harder or in some cases provide debuffs to characters. Dungeon of the devourer has mechanics that involve that , like , making the character get slower the more fatter it gets. Roundbound also has some mechanics like that. When talking about Text-adventure games and the like, the only one i’ve played at the moment is Big aspirations, which has it that some events and npcs are affected by how fat the characters get.
Some games have mods that add some stuff , such as Starbound and Fallout 4.
