I can’t see the paywalled stuff, but it doesn’t seem to be an actual game, just a mod or plugin (or plans for one - I can’t even tell if it’s released) for fart/scat content in Koikatsu Sunshine.
It’s still possible to buy Fanbox or Fantia content internationally, but it’s been enough of a pain in the ass to do so after MasterCard/Visa started cracking down on adult goods that I’m not sure what the current method is, and frankly I’m not interested enough in this to go searching.
