This server is about its namesake: particularly obese furries that face some form(s) of medical issue as a result of their obesity. From mild to extreme, it is welcome here. Please be respectful of those around you and spoiler anything that you might deem particularly heavy - ie, bathroom-related, death/snuff, gore, etc.
