How would you make a feeding/weight gain based horror project (IE: Analog horror, game, etc)

If you could make some kind of horror project based on the fetish, what would be your ideal idea for it

Honestly, given how common the fear of gaining weight is, a pretty straightforward player weight gain story could work great with horror aesthetics.

You would have to balance the horror and fetish elements delicately, cause too much horror will just make it horror. I would say maybe a sloth demon outbreak after a feeder cult attempted to summon a demon to attain power, make it like Hog Hill/Silent Hill but make it more about the characters will to give in and eat being tested vs. the monsters with inspiration from that one 4chan(?) post about sloth demons.

Easy.

A weight-loss miracle bacteria is bio-engineered. It specifically targets fat cells in patients, until it breeds and mutates, causing far too much weight loss!

The only way to stay alive is to eat copious amounts of food to continually gain weight to stay ahem ahead of the curve.

I actually thought about making an IF based on this, where you play as the patient, a doctor, a security officer, or the janitor, each with perks and unique story lines that interlock. Gotta ration that food and find a way out of the facility!

Another idea I had was the zombie apocalypse, only a more literal translation. Instead of being the walking dead, the virus/sickness makes one irrationally hungry. So hungry, that eventually they do turn to eating flesh. To avoid this, you feed the “zombies” regular food to keep them from turning feral.

I also had the idea for a magic based one. An escape room game but every so often (fixed interval of time) the player gains weight, and will continue to do so until they literally cannot escape. Be smart, be quick, stay slim.

Hey, you see horror, I see LIFE GOALS.

I had an idea after listening to a creepypasta, Sentient black sludge of unknown origin invades earth with the goal of using humans as hosts. Forcing itself inside people anyway it can until they pop or convert it into fat. People who are infected by it basically become obese zombies except they crave all types of food, not just human flesh.

Horror and erotica go so well together! My personal fave is when the main character becomes the object of affection of a being of great power. A god, demon, genie, sorcerer, etc. Something where the threat of the villain is ever-present, but the mc still has to fight through. Kind of a more personal version of cosmic horror

Limited mobility is a common trope in horror games, so you could do a game like Endoparasitic where instead of losing limbs your character becomes extremely fat. You start out slowly waddling around, and then later you gain even more weight and have to navigate a mobility scooter through narrow hallways.

Or for psychological horror, Silent Hill works with pretty much any theme. Maybe you play as a feeder who had a terrible relationship with their feedee (pushing them to gain too much, etc) and you walk around a spooky town inspired by your history together. If the story involves health complications, then you can even include the sexy nurse monsters.

I would invert it sorta.
The horror isn’t in gaining weight, the horror is in being too thin, being to Desirable by an entity or entities, that wants ‘perfect beautiful flesh’ for it’s hivemind harem. The thin obbsessed get more obbscessed, they starve themselves, they starve others to ‘prepare them for the perfect lord/lady’ and they even start scraping and carving from their flesh to be ‘more to our master’s taste’ and such.
Ghosts would wander looking for new bodies to take, and the thin are what they seek.

Bassically, annorexia is the horror. and your saftey lies in your plumpness. You are seen as less of a priority, and the weaker possessors can’t muster the strength to change you fast enough, so they don’t take you.

You can’t get out, you can’t get help, but you can get fat.

The one problem is, since my horror sensabilities are so macabre, it might come off as ‘not sexy, too scary’ so i might tone back my intial body horror of the thin that i imagine.
