thank you so much!
thats the thing, I use her all boost, and my entire team still dies
I wanna say the girls all get a pretty dang big health boost from gaining weight, just looking at the saves that come with the current DL? That might help, if you haven’t done it, yet.
If you stack her all boost with a couple of defense boost it cuts the damage but a pretty big sum.
well thats the only bad bit…I have and they still get clapped
I would do that, if my entire party didnt completely die right after I get that omni-boost off
Hmmm… Yeah just grind levels off the elementals
I did it!!! just had to go to wakaburger to do the one lady’s thing there about becoming a landlady
Oh yeah. Should probably have remembered you get roasted pig recipe and a massive stat boost with every side quest you finish.
Honestly, I was more surprised that there wasn’t a Spider Supreme or something like that as a super boss. An enemy that, uniquely, could potentially lower agility. Granted with the dragon charm that doesn’t really matter too much, but still. Or maybe it was a giant too? I dunno, I just felt like every enemy (outside of the plants as well from the first forest) should’ve had a Supreme ruling over them. This counts for the scorpions too. I kinda give the fish people and werewolves a pass since it seemed those were more tied to the elementals, but still.
What’s the most cost affective food for grinding?
I haven’t crunched any numbers to prove it, but I suspect that the most cost-effective foods are the ones that can be made using ingredients that you can obtain in ways other than buying them. These include Fish, Nuts (from forest squirrels), Cheese, Chicken and Ham (both of which are dropped by enemies in the forest).
Alternatively, you can do what I did and use an online save editor to give yourself a mountain of money. Yes, I admit that with zero shame. I’ve already played through this game several times over the course of its development, and I’m not about to waste more hours redoing the grind.
Save editor lets you change party levels, too.
Ok I need help, does anyone have any strategies for the council and babs fight, cause I have no idea what to do?
I dunno, grind a lot and use a lot of 3rd tier magic on the council as it doesn’t seem to have any weaknesses. For Babs the usual stuff(ing) should work. I’m also stuck on the fight.
Regular attacks with Cythia on the council could also work. Do whatever suits you.
Council? Do you mean that guardian north of the dwarf village?
Yeah, sorry if I screwed up his name, I haven’t played the game in a while.
No problem! I used pepper spray to blind the Guardian and girls, buffed magic defense and focused down the girls before using all the TP I got to blast the Guardian down. Mixed Empanadas help a lot.
If you’ve unlocked it, preemptively cast your second-tier or third-tier party healing spell at least once every turn until the Guardian is dead.
Thanks, I got them, I just spammed roasted pigs on the girls and got good RNG on their attacks.
