hyper fempyro for garrry's mod?

I saw this recently https://www.deviantart.com/yeetusguy/art/hyper-ssbbw-bbw-fempyro-mod-1088781623 and I really wished it was available in garry’s mod

bot as NPC and Player and Base models, and I do hope someone gives it a shot since there’s no one I know who ever ported tf2 mod models to gmod before.

Well if its a mod for TF2, it should be able to work in Garrys mod as a ragdoll at the very least.
