This basically an idea for a game i thought of thats basically a fetish version of the sims, the idea is simple.
Buy a house, put the characters in the house. Click on the character to control or move them to a location. Stuff or inflate them.
Custom characters, furries, aliens etc.
Its a very Sexual game so its probably going to be +18
Again this is basically just an idea though.
I kind of second this. It’s an idea that I’ve been floating for a while myself - a more mature Sims-like.
The real difficulty would be programming it. Part of the reason Sims 2 and 3 were so notoriously buggy was because of how many interactions and scenarios were planned into them.
If this were attempted, it’d have to be to the scope of Sims 1, where you were limited to a single lot, and no lineages.
But for now, someone on here is working on something that’s pretty close:

Granted, you’re limited to only female inflation, if you’re not into that, but it’s a start.
Chub chomp chill is most of that, you can’t make the characters interact though.
To clarify in the current version of the game, 2 out of the 3 male characters does have time stop inflation.
Also, the game is open source so feel free to contribute more male characters and inflation content
