so dumb thought, what about a game where you have to transport things (food, liquid, whatever) long distances, but in your stomach
essentially a 2d platformer with jiggle physics where your timer is how long before you’ve digested your cargo, meaning taking to long results in your character ending up fat(which hurts your ability to perform runs) or immobile(a game over). successful runs could provide money to use on upgrades, like a slower digestion rate, the ability to take hits without losing cargo, and “mandatory fitness” which will down your weight between runs/lessen the impact your weight has on mobility
