Could there be a version of disenchanting that lets us target certain enchantments? Because on the current Starting Gear, I’d really like to remove it to try on other clothes, but I want the Fattening enchant to stay. 
I’m working on this along with resetting stat points in the University of the Arcane. Deciding on what UI to use is a little tricky but I’m thinking a box where you drag the item in similar to the Sell functionality in shops, and then it will describe the Prefix and Suffix enchants on that item and the option to remove them.
