Yeah, the way weight ramps up more with ranks means that single point powers like Shrinking hit pretty hard at higher levels, even at half-weight.

With the campaigns split, there’s a little more room in each. Do you have a character concept, and how familiar are you with the system?
I’ve played it once before, though it’s been awhile. I’ve got a few concepts I’m juggling around and trying to see what works best. When ti comes to chargen should I start at PL 2 or PL 4, as it seems most the characters are now?
PL4, 45 points (probably a little more than that, as points will be distributed for the current issues before you join the next one).
