I know the original version of Feeder Fantasy featured a male character fattening up the town, and you can actually get yourself fatter, but, it’s in Japanese and I think there WAS a machine translation of that version, somewhere? I’d link the translation, but I’m having problems finding it. And there’s also Himannkatennsei - Projects - Weight Gaming though it uses AI art, so buyer beware. I’m pretty sure your character can also get fat in the current release.
Lastly, off the top of my head, House of Gains V1.1.0 (Updated August 22) - Projects - Weight Gaming is a decent one, though I think it’s still in progress?
