Konvorey (Chapter 1 release)

I liked the game for what it was, a chapter 1 foundation to launch off from.

What was most surprising to me was how well balanced it was in terms of puzzles and combat. The puzzles weren’t trivial, but weren’t frustrating, and I think the combat had a chance at failure if the player was mindless about it but also didn’t cause deaths based on rng.

I also think the writing was generally good, the characters felt distinct and the thief has lots of personality.

For some constructive feedback, if you choose not to have art (which is okay!) then your writing should be able to carry a scene by being more descriptive. One example of where I felt it was lacking was when the thief was handing the MC food, which I think was intended to be something but it instead felt flat and matter-of-factly written.

Last piece of feedback is to be careful wth expectations. The quote below is good, but I think it should be in bold just above the download link so that people don’t skim over it and are aware that this is a foundation. Instead of saying “Don’t expect much”, be clear on what not to expect.

Thank you for the kind words and lots of feedback! I’ll certainly take it all into consideration when I make the following chapters for my game!

As for the food scene(s) you mentioned, I’ve actually had people tell me that I talk/write a bit to much and I was afraid that a nearly still image with too many words would feel like it was dragging on or something along those lines. I do intend on doing some changes to the first chapter together with the release of the next one, based on suggestions and bug-findings etc. Will certainly try to give those bits a bit more sauce so to say and hopefully make it come out less flat!

Also, since you mentioned art…
I do have contacted a friend of mine who’s a great artist and loves vore as much as me! After we have made a “deal” about this project, expect scenes with art in the future! I actually do have an art scene or two in mind, and one of those is the food-thief scenes so hopefully that will make it even better for you all!

I see, it’s still okay, I liked it a lot, your game also has a good plot, congratulations.

well, talking about vore, i don’t have any inconvenient with that i like it too but you can actually try to make the character pack on the pounds making her fat but very fat like fat arm, thighs, belly, breast, back fat etc, not just belly due to the high amount of calories that she consumes, i want vore yeah but i really would like to see some serious weight gain due to that, making the character slower, losing stamina, be able to eat bigger prays due to her increase of appetite, things like that…

Hey just discovered this and I’m very happy with what’s here so far.

Small feedback (both positive and negative)

I like the difficult combat, but maybe tone it down just 5-10% in difficulty. Abilities are cool so far and I can’t wait to have it more fleshed out with future abilities. I’d love if you added belly themed attacks in the future like how Clara burps at the enemies to debuff them or Emmie has girthquake in SB. One of the few disappointing things in Evoria is the lack of belly or vore themed attacks. But if that’s not the tone you’re aiming for I’d understand that.

The very early writing is rough. Mostly the prologue. For example the cutscene where everyone gets attacked is just very sudden. But it really does get better once the story starts kicking off. My biggest concern though is that the characters are so far verbatim written like Naomi and Renee. Definitely try to differentiate yourself.

The puzzles are annoying but really good! I found myself having to really try during these, but not in I hate this kind of way. They were engaging and fun. I can’t wait to see what type of puzzles and gameplay you come up with that are belly centric in the future.

I like both girls designs.

Finally just so my voice is heard, I’m going to be the one to say I’m not really into weight gain, so I hope if you add it, it’s not too prevalent. I’m just here for the belly content.

But overall really excited for this. I enjoyed the minor stuffing elements that were there and the later writing and gameplay is good enough to carry my interest without the fetish aspects.

Gonna adress some of the stuff you said as well, like difficulty. I have been playing a lot of these fetish games where difficulty is too easy at most points so battles turn from engaging to boring, which is why I hoped a bit harder fights would yield better results. You’re not the only one who said they were a tad bit too hard, so I’ll tone down the enemies a bit so it’s 5-10% easier lol. And don’t you worry, more abilities will be made and definitely more belly themed ones too.

The cutscene at the start was also mostly there for training, I never fully fleshed it out as I wanted it. I have been thinking about remaking some parts or cutting it out entierly and having it changed from the ground up. Same goes for Julina and El’Lena. I’ll certainly flesh them out further to make them stand out among Naomi and Renee, but thank you for liking their designs!

Also, thank you for liking the puzzles as well! Worked hard to make them difficult yet engaging so I’m glad you liked them in an annoying kinda way lmao. Rest assured more puzzles, and belly-themed ones will come in the future.

And for your opinion on bellies, it’s completely understandable! My plan is to take this story along, without spoiling it that much, that “weight gain” will act similarly to Emmie. There will be some gain but not overly of course, they still gotta have their designs.

Finally, thank you for your feedback once more! Chapter two is about halfway finished but there has been some struggles, so in the meantime I’ve been planning to touch up the first chapter. Some minor tweaks, like balancing and design, while the problems are being dealt with and between you and me, or anyone reading this, a small update post is planned to drop within the week!
