So far I only know of @/coldsteelj who have made fat/bbw mods for League, but I was wondering if there’s any one else who have done it?

Huh, am already in their server and gone through both free and premium mod channels, but I haven’t seen any bbw ones yet
You won’t really find BBW mods for LoL. Sadly, no one besides Coldsteelj is doing mods for it and that discord server has more Curvy or big boobs mods and most mods are paid or by commision (and aren’t cheap).
