I saw a post on bsky about a text adventure game with a lot of boob customization? Items for like areola size and stuff, don’t know if it’s exclusively a breast expansion game or if it had other fetishes in it too but if it rings any bells I want to give it a try

None at all, I wasn’t the only one to ask either and nothing’s come up 
Formamorph is a text RPG game with customizable 3D character model, breast expansion and belly inflation. Although u can’t customize the areola size as the model is anime cell-shaded :c
Definitely not the same game, but this made me think of some older stuff like Boobjitsu Matriarch.
There is a game called “Lilith’s Throne” that has some very in-depth customisation including what you have described, maybe that’s the one.
