Hello! I am currently looking for some free sound effects that consist of belly gurgling, farting and burping. If you have them or know where I can find them, please let me know.

Try pixabay, or 11labs. If all else fails - though its possibly ethically questionable - record from a video.

This one is pretty good for stomach noises and a few burps.
