Insatiable Hearts is the first thing that comes to mind. It’s got a project post on this site, and I daresay it is “peak”. And yes, there are stretchmarks.
Bunch of other stuff in it too, of course, mainly TF - but they’re all optional. The TF thing always happens in the same way each time and has a pretty simple yes/no prompt. There’s a CW mode you can enable that marks everything else, too.
I think Abducted+ has stretchmarks as an additional descriptor option, too. It hasn’t been updated in foreeeever though, sadly. Still a very good game.
