Honesty, don’t know anything about commissioning this type of thing, or finding the right person to possibly bring my idea to reality. I guess i’m looking for an animation artist? If anyone out there makes animated shorts or know something about how to make this type of thing, i’d like to hear from you.
If you just need a one-off thing, probably just easiest to work through Fiverr. Search “adult animation” and you’ll find some folks offering services (assuming this is an adult game); otherwise you’ll have more options for general animation.

Hi there! im an artist looking for a bit more experience in animation, and a 15 second clip seems very doable, though it would still take a fair bit of time. could you expand on what exactly you were wanting animated? that would give me a better idea on what it would take and if I feel I could do it. you can feel free to dm me if you don’t want it public.
ill also note that I will most likely be participating in the unofficial game jam this year, so I have some prior commitments to attend to and will likely add to the time necessary to complete it, if it isn’t time sensitive at least.
