I don’t remember its name, but I do remember some of its visual aspects. Baisically, it had this realistic blonde woman wearing a bikini in the middle, and all you had to do was throw various food items at her and she would become fatter. There was also an option to make her skinny again, which prompted a small dog popping out of the bottom part of the screen with a liposuction tube and sucking all the fat out of her. If anyone remembers the name of the game, I would be very thankful if you responded to this topic.

Ha, I knew exactly what you’re describing since I remember playing it quite a bit when I was younger and didn’t understand why it captivated me so much.
