I appreciate this! Thank you! We are working very hard on this game and since most of us have full-time jobs it is turning into a weekend project, so that is why progression is slow.

The GUI is done and here! Please post final thoughts, comments, and critiques, because I wonāt end up changing it again. I personally find this to be the best look for the gameās GUI as it tells the player exactly what they need to know and also leaves enough omitted to be inferred or read within the story itself.
The top bar is where variable changes will occur.
The box to the right holds the title card and the ever-present stats, as well as location and date.
The save and load buttons will always be at the bottom-right corner.
All words and stats are random in this image to give a sense of completeness for you guys to see and understand what it is that we are going for.

Is there going to be a dark / night mode, for all of us who struggle with bright lights & eye-strain?

If I cannot figure out a way to have a switchable menu (night and day mode) I will just create a copy of LITWTMH and change the color scheme to be night mode, so there will be 2 versions of the game. It wouldnāt be a big deal to do it that way.

I know it doesnāt seem like a big change, but when the wrong type of font is on bright backgrounds it gives me migraines, and I know itās different for other people.

I am a mechanical design engineer; I know what it is like to have eye strain. I have my brightness down and darker color schemes for my apps and backgrounds. I spend up to 10 hours a day on computers, so I feel the pain.
I will definitely look into a night mode for all who suffer but still wish to play.

LITWTMH Update #10
Hello WGF community!
I hope you all are doing well! Last week I went on vacation with my wife and friend to Tennessee and had a blast! I feel mentally refreshed and have been working on LITWTMH with newfound energy.
Things are progressing along nicely; I am working through the home-date scene nowadays and plan to have that done in a week or so.
For the demo, only Kelsey Weathers will be datable. I am not sure if I had mentioned this previously but with the size of this game I cannot add all 14 girls into the game and have a demo out and ready to play before the end of this year. Itās too much on me and my team to do so. Iām sorry if this disappoints any of you, but you will have to learn to deal with it for now.
Anyway, that is all I have to say for this update! Take care!

Sporting an hourglass shape and long, platinum-blonde hair, Kelsey is an intelligent college graduate working as a project manager at a manufacturing business. Kelsey is a confident, somewhat arrogant young woman, but that isnāt to say sheās overbearing or overtly rude, though! Sheās kind and caring to those she enjoys. She loves spending quality time with love interests and generally being outdoors when she can.
Nicole Roberts
Nicole is a chill, relaxed, intelligent woman who has a love of technology. Sweet-natured, loving her make-up, and one who hardly loses a debate on topics she is passionate about, Nicole is one to behold! She bears an apple-shape and has a head full of red, wavy hair.
Jade Richardson
Meet Jade, a shy-at-first but hyperactive cutie who likes her drinks and loves to have fun! Working at Costco and living alone, Jade spends her time among friends when possible. Known as a hard worker and generally in high spirits, she is pear-shaped, has long brunette hair with blonde highlights at the end, and loves to be herself.
Samantha Courtly
Timid, shy, but has a smile that could melt your heart, Samantha is your run-of-the-mill quiet sweetie. She loves anime and games and prefers smaller crowds, and once you get to know her you will see just how kind-hearted and loving she can be! Born with a pear-shape, she has dawned a stylish haircut that she has since dyed violet and spends her working days at Joeās Coffee Shop.
Lola Manston
With her guard up and a tough exterior, Lola holds a heart worth sharing, given enough time to get to know her. She loves the world of fashion and does not shy away from showing it; sheās always wearing something fashionable, and she makes sure to have her voluminous brown hair done up right each and every day. This hourglass lady is one who stands her ground for what she believes.
Audrey Miller
Abundant in smiles and laughter, Audrey is sure to bring light to any situation. She enjoys sports and nature and has enough love for everyone! Audrey works as a teacher, so she knows the meaning of āpatience.ā Born with a proportionate body type and medium-length blonde hair, Audrey is sure to be a sweetie you hold onto.
Miranda Crosby
Beautiful, loving, and witty, Miranda has worked her way through culinary school and achieved a position as head chef at Home Cooking Catering Company. She is a hard worker and wishes to share her love of cooking and food. Apart from her career, she loves to play games but also take walks outside. She tends to be soft-spoken in the beginning of relationships but will eventually show her true self. She has long, sheen brunette hair and sports an apple body type.
Brayden Garcia
Best described as a tough-lover, Brayden has a bit of a rough exterior but a heart full of passion and love. Hailing from an American/Mexican home, Brayden grew up having to be the mature sibling, babysitting and taking care of the young ones while ma and pa were away working. Due to this, she has become much more mature than her peers, making her sometimes overlook certain jokes. She now works as an esteemed self-made online food critic and bears an apple shape and long, straight, dark-brown hair.
Amanda Brown
Having trouble in the past but burying it deep within, Amanda has a heart of secrets she wishes to share with someone she loves. She works as a waitress and is usually quiet among people outside of her profession, but that isnāt to say that she has a mild personality! A soft-spoken, tender-hearted sweetie, Amanda possesses an hourglass shape and strawberry-blonde hair.
Abigail Fletcher
Tough, assertive, and sometimes air-headed (though youād never get away with saying it to her face), Abigail has a storied athletic career: playing many sports in her high school years and focusing on basketball in college. Even though sheās recovering from a bad ACL tear, sheās raring to get back on the court and show her stuff! Assertive but sweet, Abigailās brown locks fall onto an apple-shaped figure.
Janine Blich
Janine knows what she wants, and sheās not gonna budge. She grew up as a stereotypical spoiled princess, and thatās how she wanted it to stay. Unfortunately for her, though, moving to a new town right after high school screwed up her plans, so now sheās living on her own (ew!) and working a job to cover her expenses (EW!). Sarcastic and snarky, but with a relatively calm demeanor, Janineās a blonde with a pear shape to her.
Elizabeth Barnstrom
A bit of a recluse, Elizabeth coasted through school with great grades and no problems. Ostracized from others by bullies at school and her fairly isolationist social mindset, Elizabeth took solace in knowing that she could truly connect with others through her Twitch streams, where she could discuss her nerdy passions without stigma. She currently works at the local Gameshop to help pay for her studio apartment. Elizabeth is a brunette who possesses a pear shape.
Tina Bailey
Struck with a dark past, Tina now suffers from abandonment issues and typically has her guard up at all times. Constantly stressed and worked to the bone, she is a bit of a mess, but surprisingly managed to net good grades in school. Recently, though, you can find her working a stable job as a grill cook, attending therapy sessions regularly, and doing her best to better herself. She has brown hair and a bit of a diamond shape to her figure.
Annaisha Hayashi
Annaisha works as an art professor for the local university; her pear-shaped frame contains someone who is rather sullen and reclusive. Her pale face framed by shoulder-length black hair belies a woman whoās endured much in the way of social stigma and complex relationships. She currently lives alone in her apartment, driven to lose the bit of excess weight sheās put on.

Wow, those are all great descriptions! I wasnāt exepecting them to be so in depth already. Kelsey seems like an excellend choice for the first avaliable as well.
As for favorites, Iām always a sucker for a spoiled princess, Iāll be especially looking forward to Janineās release. The ones that directly relate to food also catch my eye, for obvious reasons.

i cant make the choice of my favorite at all every single girl description is so good and well made 
but i think my favorite is Miranda Crosby with her nice personality and when i read the description make me want meet someone like her in real life 
I tell Janine Blich, Abigail Fletcher and Elizabeth Barnstrom look like gonna be a challenge in their own way

Nice! Miranda is definitely a sweetheart in her own right. I think once the game releases and you get a chance to play through with dating her you will enjoy it. She definitely has a lot planned for her.
As for the rest, they, too, have a lot planned for them. They all are so unique and diverse that I guarantee that no matter who you choose you will have a unique playthrough! I aim to make this game replayable and enticing enough to want to pick more than one girl to play through.
