Lysithea's Sweet Escapades Redux - A Weight Gain RPG based on Fire Emblem: Three Houses

What I recommend doing is making a google spread sheet to keep track of your progress, what needs to be worked, what you are currently working on, and what has been fixed. What you could do then is have a link in this thread so that people can click on it to be a viewer of the sheet, so that they have more info of what you are and aren’t aware of. It will take work to make it and update, but trust me, view it as an investment to make things easier in the future. Organization is key.

Huh…

Clearly it was promoting your love of the game :^)

It’s fine, I don’t want to make any assumptions. Just whoever flagged it, could simply asked me to remove it it. Though I do find it funny that the post with one single meme image got removed for spam and not the long list, haha!

While I appreciate your enthusiasm for the game, the thread is already like, 50% bug reports, I’d prefer if miscellaneous things were kept out of the thread. I don’t mind memes, but I’d prefer memes about the game itself and not my constant string of failures when it comes to my buggy wreck of a game.

Understandable, I am more of a gallows humor guy, to find the humor in dour situations. Would have appreciated it if that was communicated first, but at least I know your preferences for the future. Also, let me know what you think of the sheets idea. It worked miracles for me despite pushing it off at first.

I have been using one to try and keep track of all the fish in game, I could try your suggestion as well. It would be helpful to keep a running list.

If this forum being flooded with bug reports bothers you, you could also make the sheet on comment mode so that people can comment on it. The reports could at least be somewhere else then the main forum, and people seeing the status of everything will, on its own, reduce the number of posts about bugs since it will reduce repeats. Meaning you would have less to read through. It is all up to you, but sheets do get a lot easier once you get past starting them.

I’d appreciate your help in creating it then.

Sure! I am going through collage right now, but I’d love to help in any way I can!

It’s as simple as just making the sheet and listing what’s what?
I’ll try to get a rough one up by tonight, maybe make a google forums thing to keep track to get bug reports.

Hey, sorry that you’re getting bogged down by the slew of bug reports. Since my ape brain is hard stuck at the scale puzzle I thought it’d wait for someone smarter to explain the solution (I’m sure it has something to do with putting some combo of the team on there, but idk how to like weigh them and i’m a bit overwhelmed by the combo of character and possible weights) and give thoughts on the story so far and mechanics and other stuff. First off, coming back to where I left off, the paralogue 2 was honestly really cool change of pace. I really liked Wain and Myst and their antics and just like gameplay wise preparing for an escape with multiple ways for the to happen was really awesome! Trying to keep Leonie’s weight down so she can get through the hole and digging up crap to ready up for the fight against that damn rat was cool. The bad end hit that same kinda dark note that I liked from the second bad end and leads me to the second thing that really struck me about this update. You really have a knack for the dark stuff cuz the start of the next chapter was just such an attention grabbing opening, the constant ticking of what little time she has left is such a good detail that I’m glad keeps coming back even after the dream! Even more than that, the parts of Margaret’s story that I’ve seen so far are really captivating and I can’t wait to finally understand that puzzle so I can see more. In particular Lysithea’s revenge just hit so hard! The hesitation when she found out someone apart of the group she despised has lived a reformed life and regrets what he’s done, but she still ends up mercing him is just such a tragic moment like you get it but it did nothing for her and wasn’t even cathartic. On the dungeon side, I think moments where you can send certain characters to do certain things like reach for a bag that’s dangling off a drop to net you rewards was really cool and hope more scenes like that show in later dungeons. The NMEs in the dungeon are fun fights and I always like temp party members so real good first new dungeon. The hidden base is where it’s at though. I really like atmosphere there cuz it has this tension from a narrative front and just from generally knowing that it is an enemy base, but no one is coming at you. Plus the more puzzle focus is neat and I like when you get a dungeon every once and a while not focused on getting through with out losing too many resources to combat. Aside from those I really like the little details, the convos between party members that changes depending on your lead, the looking into a mirror to get a bit of monologue about the character’s weight (my favorite in particular being marianne i like the out of breath stuff), the new way to access bad ends and event was really fun too I love looking around the world for the envelops and the secret area with the new weapon for Hilda was such a cool thing to add that makes the world feel more filled in with stuff ya know. that’s enough from me though. Good luck with the bugs and just know that despite the hiccups you’ve got one of my favorite games I’ve found here. Take care of yourself and can’t wait to play more.

Thank you very very much for your words! I’m glad you’re enjoying it despite all the hiccups. I’d like to keep the tone I’m setting up in this chapter throughout the game from here on out, and I may likely focus on a balance of Puzzle based dungeons and combat based dungeons from here on. I know the next chapter will be Hilda focused and in a Puzzle Mansion trying to save the other girls under a time limit.

It makes me happy to hear praise for the game’s story thus far.

As for the puzzle, the Statue on the left weighs 275 lbs. I may need to put a hint somewhere in there because people keep getting stuck on it.
If you’re too stuck you can make the entire party obese and it breaks the scales.

Yeah man, you been doing good. Since the prison was good, I look forward to whatever you have in store. Take a well-deserved breather while I go back and continue to work on the sheet. Though I am going to have to soon figure out how to make images into openable links.

Fuck ya glad to hear about the tone and attempt at keeping a nice mix of puzzles and combat based stuff. Oh and that next chapter sounds real fun! Thanks that actually might be the info I needed to solve it. Also that goes back to one of the things I like so much from Leonie’s paralogue the having multiple solutions to this is just such cool attention to detail that you could see from all the way back to the dragon boss in chapter 1!

Hi, I have a question. I’ve started playing the game and I’ve already done the dragon mission and the hidden cigar mission, but I don’t know how to continue the story. Can someone tell me how to continue the story? That would be great.

You just go to bed to go to the next day. The witch in the hut is what you are waiting for.

Hello again, I have another question. I am in the village where she meets a certain Marinne and I have already arrived at the inn. Does anyone know what I should do next?

Please take all gameplay related questions to the gameplay and hints thread.

It would be nice if there was a way to tell like exactly how fat you are. By that I mean if you could see how close you are to losing weight or gaining weight. Like you could see the numbers and take note how much something adds weight or removes weight so that you can better plan ahead. In the mean time, I am going to start another playthrough to do some more tests, while simultaneously continuing Three Houses as I usually do. Looking forward to the update. Also would be nice if you could go to the sheet and update what your progress on your fixes are.
