Lysithea's Sweet Escapades Redux - A Weight Gain RPG based on Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Oh and also just to clarify, I am referring to random npcs too, not only named or main story related ones but also normal ones you can talk to, take for example a normal city but after doing a quest or other thing the women in that city or other cities start to get fatter.

Random magic circles would feel pretty weird, but so would arbitrary weightgates, not to mention they would spoil what’s ahead by existing.

I don’t feel the spoiling part is an issue. RPGs have a long standing tradition of blatantly telegraphing when important cutscenes and/or bosses are happening to give you time to prepare.

What may be more annoying on the gameplay side is that the weight system pretty much gives you different ā€œcharacter buildsā€ to play with, so forcing thin tresholds in the main story would at best force the player to either just stick to being thin for a while (if the solution forces the characters to be thin) or painstakingly try to gain weight again, and at worst force the player to waste a bunch of money on thinning the characters out. And that’s without mentioning that if the implied ā€œpower at a priceā€ items that make your characters have permanent weight added to them are implemented, then it would be all too easy to softlock your savefile or have weird glitchy stuff happen.

I kind of like when the fat speech filter comes in during important cutscenes, it gives a feeling like ā€œThis fatso is so wide they can’t even hold a serious conversationā€¦ā€ But it would be completely reasonable to disable it for the sake of the story.

There is yes, you’ll unlock it later!

I have decided I will indeed implement Barely Mobile as the sixth and final weight stage that would require mobility aids to move around.

That world be interesting to see, though if I can make a suggestion to that plan. Can the mobility aid take damage like the weapons and have a few blacksmiths that normally are just set design have those repair roles?

Sweet!! I can’t wait to get to that part!! X^3

Hey!! I thought you like to know there a a tiny mistake with a scene in the library for between two parts she’s skinny and one instance she’s fat it’s when I gave her those chocolate bars last night

Thank you for letting me know.

Hey how I can defeat the dragon I already got dragon rune something like that but I still can defeat it

How to cross that cave level, it is difficult to cross that cave because of the mud

I’m not sure what you mean. The slime caves doesn’t have mud.

It’s a boss battle. Pay attention to how it attacks, defend when it starts charging up attacks and use your debuffs on it.

Hey I already finished that stage.I’m quite curious why my health doesn’t increase when I go to sleep how to heal my health?

Oof, that seems to be a bug. I’d say use items for now and I’d look into it.

It may be a story thing though, if you’re at the section I think you are.

Hey right now I’m stuck at chapter 5 where should I go?

I searched the bugtracker and thread and can’t seem to find any reference to them; but I’ve 2 bbugs to report.

  1. the movement speed penalty as the party gains weight doesn’t seem to apply until Leonie is recruited
  2. There’s a berry bush/fruit tree (can’t exactly remember, I found it last night) in the 3rd overworld region, near the desert castle, that you can infinitely pick. (I may or may not have abused that with a turbo button to stop worrying about money/food)

I have really enjoyed the game and it’s actually given me the motivation to finally finish playing through Three Houses
