Account/Profile setup popup overlay non-interactive and unable to dismiss preventing access to the site

When I go to the main site it automatically logs me in and then I get stuck with this window:
Nothing I can do dismisses/progresses the window
Same behaviour on desktop and phone. Screen resolution on desktop 3840x2160 (tested with 1920x1080 as well).
While gathering that testing information - I fixed the issue. Had to use scroll wheel to adjust the zoom level of that pop up box. Though not sure why that was effected on mobile.
