This recently came to my mind, and concerns a game that already has weight gain. The idea involves better-looking faces for the playable characters when they become fat from too much food, instead of having them have faces that look like portly hamsters/capybaras (which I think seems to stem from Japan’s stereotypical belief that fat equals ugly). And keep in mind that this idea only applies to the PS1 version, as it’s kind of hard to make ROM Hacks of Neo Geo arcade games.
