i had an idea where when you ate too many people, you couldn’t move and you would be laying on your stomach until you either released everyone inside or digested them.
this idea can be seen in many WG/Vore mods already starpounds, both skyrim and fallout vore mods hell even super fatty RPG will punish you for over eating on prey without the stats you hold that weight.

While the idea is nice, the mod already has a system that prevents you from eating too many people without any trinkets being used to compensate or maxing out your stats(you simply run out of stamina and vomit out those you ate, whatever it may be).
That and I believe the “laying on your stomach” portion you’re thinking of would require a ton of additional sprite work (if it’s not meant to be visual, I apologize for the confusion).
