monster girl ranch

so bit of a dumb idea i had, relating to a certain image i’ve seen recently, monster girl ranch/farm/whatever, with the core concept being “domestication”

core idea:
you own a plot of land in a monster girl infested world, when you get the idea to build up the area into a farm/ranch. using different techniques, you can attract a variety of different monster girls to your farm, and either have them work or produce items. of course you can also work the farm and grow crops, which are sold via bin like most other farming games, but of course, the girls can also help you with that as well

domestication?
each type of monster girl would have two different forms, which they would slowly develop into as you either pamper or train them. one form would be purely to produce items(cow milk, harpy eggs, ect), while the other would have them be more “active” around the farm(reducing stamina costs, increasing money gained, ect). the changes would be physical as well, so you could see your girls go from somewhat wild and feral looking, to more cleaner and “healthier” looking. but no mixing of states(to a point)

monster girl ideas

cowgirl: minotaur(muscle growth) reduces stamina costs for working fields(ploughing), holstaur(weight gain) produces milk over time

harpy: songbird(beautification) increases the amount that items sell for, mother hen(weight gain) produces eggs over time

slime: puddle(beautification) waters crops every morning, blob(weight gain) produces slime chunks over time

snake: echidna(athletics) assists in attracting monster girls, medusa(weight gain) produces scales over time

bee: worker bee(athletics) provides free seeds every day, queen(weight gain) produces honey over time

golem: brickwork(muscle growth) decreases the cost of building and upgrading, lava flow(weight gain) produces random minerals every day

dog/cat: essentially a “pet” type. you can choose between one, and either train them, or fatten them, but they wouldn’t really provide anything other than “companionship”

dragon: incredibly special monster girl, only one can be found per game, and the requirements to attract her are strict. would have both a muscular and fat form, and both would produce free money at the end of every day.

Not a dumb idea at all. Ive been kicking around a similar idea of a ranch in my head too. With the exception of cowgirls, there aren’t many monster girl themed games (I’d consider furry games separate). Fingers crossed we see some in the jam

This looks like a great idea with a lot of potential. Are 90% of my girls going to be fat? Yeah probably but it’s my ranch so bite me

I thought of some ones to use if anyone does this idea

Dryad: Ent(muscle growth) increases plant growth speed or alurane(weight gain) produces nectar every few days.

Merfolk: siren(beautification) causes monster girls to come to the farm more often or pufferfish (weight gain) produces quills every few days

Drider: orb weaver(beautification) prevents pests from getting to the crops or tarantula(weight gain) produces silk every couple of days

Fire spirit: plasma(hourglass figure) makes machines run faster or bonfire(weight gain) turns wood into charcoal
