Old Quest game i'm looking for

There is this one quest game I’m looking for where it’s about a woman getting up and preparing for a day to go out with friends, you stuff yourself during the way of course. I remember one of the endings being distinctive in that when you looked at yourself in the mirror after eating everything, the player realized they were WAY fatter than they initially thought and actually ends up liking it a bit. Anybody know it?
