Only the first two are animated for now, but this shouldn’t stay for too long.

(Here’s a cool idea I came up with while playing:
Perhaps the chewed gum could be changed into regular gum, so that it’s fresh! However, I wouldn’t use this right now, I would keep it on the shelf)

Points for creativty that’s for sure! As a successful proof of concept I’d be very interested to see what further manipulations can be found by playing with theproperties for certain objects and characters.
The dialog sprite for Eve was pretty nice as well!
I’ll echo an earlier comment in that the inflation didn’t really mesh well tonally with the mindbending mystery being presented to the player… Since we can append Eve’s parameters, how about changing her weight or density stats to solve various puzzles? Increasing her volume to lower her density can inflate her whereas adding to her mass fattens her?
Just a thought!

Can you DM me your save folder (in www) and the edited BOX.json file? I’ve heard from a couple of people that the puzzle isn’t working, but I can’t replicate it on my end.
Neat ideas all around! Not sure if I would implement something like that for this game (it’s more or less feature-complete, save for reworking some puzzles), but they are good ideas for a potential second game.

Really ingenious gimmick! Hoping you do add more to this, since the BOX and the inflation elements don’t really intersect at the moment. Maybe there’s a second box that has been messed with by whatever’s causing the inflation if you want to do a bit of that with Eve outside of the bad ends?
The pixel art you had done for the jam was really nice too. Would love to see more of it.

Good game, cool idea. As others have said the concept didn’t seem too inflation-ey but oh well.
Also I know it’s a bit late for this but Eve’s name is TBD in the dialogue where she tries to get out the front door.
Good catch, I’ll be sure to fix it in a later update! We hadn’t decided on a name for Eve for a while, so used TBD as a placeholder. I guess one must’ve slipped through the cracks.
