Most people aren’t even aware of The Outlast Trials having a modding community. A lot more people don’t like fat people. The niche of people who like BBW is very thin and it being a game that’s so violent and nauseating to play would make a lot of people turn away from it.
I like The Outlast Trials a lot, but I’m not sure I’d be using this mod considering the source material.

Makes sense on what you have said and I don’t mind you’re honest on not using the mod too, the mod took more than 2 months with how each UE games there are different ways of using the tools to mod the game
