I used the pregnancy speed item you get from the pet shop after you do his quest, however, after I used it on someone and she had her kid, I couldn’t get her pregnant again even though she was getting plenty of cum sprayed in her.

Are there some conditions I’m not meeting for her to get preggers again?

after they give birth there is a period of time where a proxy can’t get pregnant again. i think its a few months?

If the character is lactating that usually extends the period of time. Also the speed item works post pregnancy.
