Project F.A.T. v1.8.6 - Completion

Haha, thanks for the kind words

  1. Hmm, I may have to look at that event a bit more. Might have missed a variable somewhere.
  2. Yeah, it was originally, but then people we’re saying it was odd that from a full belly it all disappears and it goes to the ass. So it was removed entirely. I’ll remove it in the next update.
  3. Yup. Thats currently intentional. Once it’s all panned out, I’ll edit through the events to cause the portrait to differ (it’s strangely alot of work since it needs essentially a huge number of conditionals for each event and i’m lazy :P)
  4. The machines do work. You first need to activate them at the control panel, then input the codes into the individual machines. If you haven’t activated the control panel, they won’t work at all. (If it’s still a problem, PM me with some screenshots so I can see whats going on a bit more closely)

The music is pretty much just the generic RTP for now until I find some suitable stuff. The different areas will eventually receive a proper music background. For now it’s just gonna be the basic while I get the main game down.

  1. That’s a good idea. I’ll look into it to see if it’s easy to implement (hopefully not). Although it would require some shifting of dialogue in certain events based on morality.
  2. They will. Essentially the height is based on the virus side-effects. But the conversations will reflect on that a bit more.
  1. That’s a decent idea and really easy to implement.
  2. Well, I originally intended it to be that you couldn’t vore any important NPC’s. Although I may change that to spice it up a little (Probably might tie in better with the morality point you made earlier)
  3. Yeah I was very low on ideas for that. So many of them are realllllly shitty. I’m always open to suggestions for extra events.

Thanks for the input though! I appreciate criticism the most with this since it lets me look closer at things that need fixing

Glad my feedback was heard. If you need any ideas for events or something, I and a lot of other people are here to help. Especially me, I like to ghost around the site and give feedback on projects I like.

Just came here to report a few more bugs I found:

  1. Upon exiting the tent in the Western Forest, the lighting doesn’t reset and retains the absence of a filter the tent did.
  2. Whenever you get Princess Tiana in the eating contest after already haven given her the pizzas, the announcer will skip her and you’ll be forced to go up against a different opponent. Not only that but her sprite remains in the contest building, even after having skipped to another day and returning again three days later.
  3. Every quest is repeatable when they supposedly shouldn’t be. The Lady G quest is what I assume is repeatable, however all you really have to do to get the award is talk to Lady G again and go back to Guard house, no extermination needed.
  4. The different courses inside Chow Town fill different amounts of fullness, however sometimes they instead set fullness to a specific percentage instead of adding to it. One time I picked the standard course when my fullness was around 70%, however after finishing the course, my fullness was set to somewhere around 20%.
  5. You can constantly keep napping inside of the lab even after using up all your actions. As long as you don’t exit the lab, you can keep napping and eating as much as you like.

That’s all the new bugs I found after going through another playthrough. I’ll let you know if I find any more.

  1. Ah damn. Must have forgotten to add the lighting event in the tent.
  2. Shoot. Thought I got that. Must have forgotten to reset her switches like I do with all the rest.
  3. Yeah every quest is meant to be repeatable (except the Bandit one) Yup the rat quest was addressed earlier, and is fixed for the next release. I may make it so quests are a one off. But ideally they are meant to be the main source of income.
  4. Hmm… I may have screwed the math formula on some of them…
  5. Ah bugger. Didnt add the glutted or action based event there.

Keep them coming if you find more. Gotta squash them all

Founds a few more bugs:

  1. The slime farmer, who is suppose to give you 15 gold after taking out all 4 slimes in the same day, seems to be bugged to where as long as you slay 4 slimes over the course of a few days, they still give you the gold. I noticed this after being overstuffed by a tasty slime in a new playthrough and coming back the next day. I killed a single slime, went back inside the house, and talked to the slime farmer, and she gave me gold.
  2. There’s no collision with the back wall in the Noble’s district in town so you can walk up the walls behind the queen.

That’s all the new bugs I found while playing today. Over the course of my new playthrough, I came up with some ideas for the game that shouldn’t be too hard to implement. If you’d like to hear them, I’m open for sharing, just say the word and I’ll provide lol

  1. Bugger. Must have edited the switches but forgot to reset the variable when you sleep.
  2. Ah that’s probably a tile set issue, will investigate and correct it.

Yeah I’m all for ideas. The more the better.

Aright, here’s some ideas I came up with:

  1. Add an “Enemies Eaten” counter somewhere in your status. This stat can affect dialogue and some choices in certain weight stages, such as removing the option to eat people and replacing them with different dialogue options if the stat is low enough. If the stat is high enough however, you’ll be brave enough to eat certain important NPC’s and gain certain rewards for doing so while losing out on previously established options. An example is eating Lady G, allowing you to go to the upper floor in her house and steal stuff but losing out on doing the “Extermination” quest.

  2. Add in a new NPC that barters food for materials you receive from monsters. The rarer the material, the better the food. An example of this is trading Slime Mucus for Yogurt while trading Oak Clubs for a Pie.

  3. Add in a event regarding Chow Town, where similar to Princess Tiana, you can essentially eat everything in the place by doing the Insatiable Set for three days in a row. If that happens, you’ll be banned from the place. The next time you go inside, you can be given the option to eat everyone or simply leave just like the restaurant in the upper district.

That’s all the ideas I have for now. I’ll try and come up with more as I play the game.

Doesn’t a little girl already show up randomly? Like a girl scout? I’m surprised we can’t eat her(With or without her cookies), Just like that classic Just-a-little-vore picture.

i personally think thats going a little far.

I think it’s not going too far enough - everyone should eventually be nothing more than another meal.

I feel the same, although a lot of people here love vore, I’m not into it

Okay we’re back and with a new update. Not much changed really, just a lot of bug fixes. But there is some new stuff to check out. Hopefully they all work as intended! Happy eating

Day 1 Bug Findings:

  1. Game crashes during certain events involving the new megablob sprite for Lucia. These events include the Chow Town Event and the 3rd Ending. Also, Lucia’s sprite in the third ending doesn’t seem to disappear and is just shown on her other sprite’s stomach and her sprite changes to a hairless model in the Chow Town event.

  2. When going to sleep, the message displayed when transitioning to a new day plays twice and (this needs a bit more testing to verify) I swear the game skips a day sometimes. My eyes could be playing tricks with me, but I swear that happened to me at least once during my new playthrough.

That’s all the bugs related to the update I could find atm. I’ll report more some other time. Also what an excellent time to post an update of the game. Today (or yesterday by the time your reading this) is my birthday and this update felt ironically like a gift haha. Hope my feedback helps.

Well, always knew some bugs would show up. I’ll make sure I get these before the next release.
The sleep one is weird. I feel the same, I may re-do that entire event in a much cleaner, simpler way… (I hope.)

That’s weird… That event should reset daily until she hits specific thresholds. Let me have a suss.
