I had this general idea where it’s similar to those gym management sims you see on mobile devices, except instead of losing weight, your clients, both male and female, actually gain weight instead. In fact, I was actually inspired by a mod of The Sims 4 involving a treadmill that makes your Sims gain weight instead of lose weight.
“Weight Training”, but as an additive rather than subtractive effort?
