There was a mod that did most of these things (breaking chairs, and more recognition of weight beyond a binary fat or thin) however however the mod creator went dark a while ago. The already kind of buggy mod got absolutely destroyed by game updates to the point where it stopped working entirely. No one has successfully made something similar since, I tried and it just made the game lag, there was this project that seems to have been abandoned
There was also “gainers and feeders” from Chris Pyre which hasn’t gotten an update in a few years, is also broken, and I can’t find the actual mod page anymore. He’s still around so hopefully that will get an update eventually.
