I recently went into moding Skyrim with the mod Vigilant in mind. Which lead to winterweight in that also, but I don’t know exactly what winterweight by itself added as I got a bunch more at the same time. And admittedly I don’t know what I am really doing, as I used GPT a lot to find out from crash logs and asking about conflicts (like how SSEEdit is supposed to solve that the game keeps crashing when ever getting close to Eorlund Gray-Mane )

BodySlider (Before starting the game)
A good base to go from in bodyslider, as I think it was edited outside the program, the belly sliders don’t work as they should in the program, but when loaded in game it works (If this is for BHM, I don’t know any for that)

There is one either of this or one that is recommended on the mod page that have face sculpting added to the character creation, but I don’t find which one that is at the moment.
A lot of the character model replacers unfriendly turn all NPCs in to barbie plastic looking asses, but most of the mods are based on them, so what can you do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
But hope that help a bit in giving more flexibility when creating a character, look on the mod pages forum or post part if others have also asked about what you are looking for, and requirement/recommended page from the mod creator them self.
