Slaugtherweight (Name for the moment)

Hi again,

I know I haven’t updated or make news about my other game that is Big Cruise Vacation. I want to apologize for it. There are many reason why I haven’t. But one of the reason is that I had so many ideas for that game with little time to do on my personal life. But then, I had an idea, how about if I start simple, maybe a short game instead of doing a long narrative story. I may continue again doing that game but at the moment, I want to present this game called Slaugtherweight(name can change later). Heads up, I’m sorry if I have bad spelling.

This game it’s going to be different than a linear story. Instead it’s going to be following:

  • Short Summary: (To not spoil much the beginning of the game) After some circumstance you are trapped on a building with a villain (don’t have name yet) where the objective is to escape the building before he gets to you.
  • How can you escape? Each route will take you to different rooms in which you must choose. You have to choose what room are you going to choose. You just need to hope that you chose the right room because if not, there’s going to be consequences.
  • What are the consequences? There’s going to be multiple punishment but the penalty will always be either taking damage or in some way, gain weight. Which is of course why I want to input this game on this page.
  • Is there going to be multiple endings? Yes. For the moment I will have at least three endings. There’s two bad and one good ending. It may change later.

Game Mechanic (it might spoil the game):

    • The goal of the game is to reach to the end of the of the path so that you can escape the place.

    • The stats of your character it’s going to be the following: health and current weight. The weight will be shown as lbs and kg at the same time.

    • When choosing the which room to take, the right room will be generated as random. In other words, each path you take will be different as well as the penalties you receive when choosing the bad room.

    • On cases of the penalties, there’s some that it’s going to be direct while other’s can have choices. This one can either be random chances or by a success rate by a formula that I created by each choice.

    • How can you loose? At the moment there are two ways: You can either lose by reaching your life to 0 or that you reach the max weight that I set.

    • Each time the character gains weight, it will go to different stages.

If the game receives great reviews, I want to to the following:

  • At the moment, when starting the game, you can only choose one character. I want to add more character for everyone to choose.
  • My idea is that by each character you choose, it will have different difficulty. For example, add more different penalty, extend the max path you take, have fewer health or max weight reached.
  • If it’s possible, maybe have penalties with different stats (maybe transformation like eventually turning into a human cow, pig, etc.)
  • Add more endings.

What I have currently (On December 26, 2025):

  • I’m having great progress of the concept of the game.
  • I have at least 6 out of 10 penalties that what I want to start with for the demo.

What I’m missing:

  • Add path when choosing good paths. I want to at least have three:

    • One that doesn’t happen anything and continue the next path
    • One that have med kit to heal you.
    • One that can help you reduce weight.
  • Create the three endings that I mentioned before.

  • Add images. Once I finish writing the code, I will start doing this. For the moment I’m going to use AI-generator (Anime style). I’m sorry if people don’t agree to this but I just want to at least have a game I can make. I may lack on drawing or spelling but I enjoy programming and I want to at least show what can I do.

Once that I have completed my goals in this, I want to publish at least a demo and see the opinions of everyone on this page. When I saw this page for the first time, I saw thousand of games, ideas and events. I started playing these games and really enjoyed it. After playing numerous games, I had a thought on my brain that I want to make a game and see if people like it. I have still so many things to do but I try each day to progress as much as I can. I hope when the time comes that I release the demo you can all enjoy it.

For the moment this is the only image that I have when choosing a character:

If you have ideas or things that may help me, I will try to read as soon as I can. Thank you all for reading this.

Meanwhile, I have some following question:

  • The genre that I have for this game at the moment is the following: force feeding and horror. I was thinking if its possible when I start to make image that when the life reach a certain amount, the character will display blood and maybe one of the bad endings. I want to make sure if this genre or displaying this kind of image is not a violation. As I show the image of the beginning of this topic, it is going to be anime style, no real people in this game. If someone can answer me I will be appreciated.

I’m not sure AI is very good at understanding blood. You’ll probably have to draw at least half of these things yourself, or it won’t be very successful. You could create a survey to gather opinions. Site visitors participate quite actively.

I think is for the best to not add blood for this game, maybe just the environment as scary and nothing gore or very violent. The only thing I want to make sure that force feeding isn’t a problem. Since mostly games I played doesn’t show force feeding but instead like motivation to feeding.

This thread isn’t properly labelled for AI generated content.

Sorry about that, I’m not used on creating post. I’m trying to add the tag but is not letting me. Is someone knows how to add it please let me know.

It seems to be a consequence of the Projects category being semi-closed, even Regulars can’t edit any threads here at the moment (I can still edit tags in other categories for example). Normally there should be a pencil icon that appears when you over over the title of your thread, click that and you’d be able to edit the tags. If that’s not appearing for you then you’ll have to contact a mod to get the tag added.

Thank you for the information, I haven’t seen the pencil on the topic but @Krodmandoon helped me add the tag. Thank you both.

Soon I’ll add the progress that I made on the game.

Hello everyone,

As I have mentioned, I was going to update everyone with my progress. This is what I have as today:

  • I’ve finally finished the concept of each traps when the player choose an incorrect path. I have a total of 10 bad path. At the beginning, I was thinking to have short path like “You went this path and loose 10 life points“ but, I wanted to each bad path have different mechanism. So I made short but also long paths. An example is that in some routes I made numerous additional choices, these choices can be based a random success rate but also I made some with a formula that I made based of the current stat of the player. Also, in one of them I made a mini-game where you play rock-paper-scissor-food. To put it simply, in one room you have to play with the girl there and beat her. It’s going to be 3 games with a set of 3 rounds. If you loose a set or a game, the tube will feed you and you will gain weight.

  • I added four status: two positive and two negatives.

    • Debuff - Weight Gaining: You will gain weight by each turn.

Debuff - Poison: You will loose life by each turn.

    • Buff - Weight Loss: You will loose weight by each turn.

Buff - Life Regeneration: You will gain life by each turn.

  • I made an inventory mechanism. Before you choose a route, if you have items, you can use it before choosing a route.

  • I added a difficulty option. The difficulty will change the total of routes that you have to take to finish the game. It might also change the stat of the weight and life at the beginning. Also, if you choose Hard difficulty, it will disable the back button after you choose an option.

What is missing:

  • Make the routes when the player choose the correct one. I think this path is much simpler since I’m thinking making 3 - 5 routes for the beginning.
  • Write the endings. For the moment I’m thinking 3 - 5 endings.
  • Once I finish writing, then I will apply the AI images since I want to make sure what images will it need to add on the game.

Once I have more content, I will write again. I hope everyone will enjoy this game once I finish developing.

Hello everyone,

I have a little update to share:

  • I finally made the good path which at the moment is a total of 4. In which they have different mechanism. For example: One of them is a treasure room where you have a timer to search the room to look for items that can help you.
  • I added another negative status which is bleeding status. This is similar than the poisoned but only happens when the character get physical damage (Not all path). To heal from this status, you can use bandages or first aid kit.
  • I also wanted to make a little different on the difficulty. To make it more interesting, when you are on easy mode, you can see the duration of the negative or positive status. But when is in normal or higher difficulty, you cannot see it.

Since I’m only missing the endings, I think it would be a good idea to start the images so I can have ideas what I can do on the endings. I can add images here when I have at least the concept of the characters.

On another note, what I am frustrated now is how I narrated the game. I sense that what I have written is confusing and all-around. I was thinking of using DeepL Write Pro since I think that doesn’t save of what I write. If someone knows another way that can help write and is private, please let me know.

Another quick update,

Since I was starting to make images, it bring me ideas for the endings and I finally managed to have all of them. So here the summary of what the game contains at the moment:

  • 10 bad paths
  • 4 good paths
  • 1 minigame
  • Inventory System
  • 3 bad endings
  • 5 good/neutral endings

What it is missing:

  • Images - I’m trying to have all the images that I want to add in the game. As I’m doing it with AI generator, it is somewhat getting the results that I want but at the same time there are little details that changes in each image sadly. Like the main character for example, there are sometimes in the images that the pants or shirt changes to a different one and I can’t find why it is doing that. I think it would be best to first just have the game developed and then maybe later make the image as precise as possible.
  • Correct the sentences on the game. When I get the idea I just start writing but I know that there are allot of bad grammar, misspelling or nonsense even as I write this update. So, after I manage to have all the images and know that the game is working, then I’ll start doing this as a final step of completing the game (first version at least).

What I’m also currently trying to figure out is the display of the images, for example:

Note: I changed the villain / antagonist to this one because of the story that I have. It could also change for later but I think this is one at least the one I like to add. The other one I could is it for a future update if I decide to add more paths in the game.

Continuing the situation, the issue I have is the one of the right is the original size of the image but as you can see it crops the head. And then on the left is what I used this code:

im.Scale(“images.webp”, 960, 1080)

But then it looses the quality of the image or the width is bigger than it should. This is when the image with the original size which I think the quality is good:

If someone has a suggestion I would appreciated. If not, I’ll keep looking for solution. Thank you for everyone who keeps liking or views my topic, I hope I will soon get it all and post the first version.
