It’s both surprisingly difficult and yet not at all?
By default, RPGMaker doesn’t allow keyrebinding (insane, I know), but there is plenty of community scripts and plugins that allows for it, usually having WASD or left-handed setups automatically too.
It’s mostly a matter if Nerds wants it in or not, since I know the most popular one has some dependencies that might change how the game is set up or even require some payment…
Oh, and for my thoughts, big fan of this game, was happily surprised by the writing, scenes, and even the gameplay to an extent (I’m kind of a stickler about these kinds of games). I’m a couple updates behind, cause I lost my save on my old computer and I’m not quite convinced to go ahead and do another playthrough just to get to where I was.
Will admit, I’m not much of a fan of the Pure/Glutton split, since it ultimately doesn’t change much but I also don’t want to lose out on good skills (even though the Girthquake spell has some weak scaling), and while I do get the love of stuffing over weight gain, sometimes I think you tease possible weight gain content JUUUUUUST a little too much for me to be comfortable with, and think you could probably afford to break past that limitation, even just a little. If not to satiate the fandom, then to say you could do it.
Still, its a pretty enjoyable adventure, and I would love to see this completed all the way fully.
