Found a minor bug. In picrel, I get the impression what was supposed to happen was, the boulder would move down one tile, but instead, I’ve been softlocked. Perhaps because Clara is there? Anyway, I’m stuck in a cutscene and can’t do anything, have to reset.
Yes, for some reason Clara has mass there when she shouldn’t… I’ll make sure to patch it next time. Sorry about that

It is time for the thoughts. It is thought time.
And while I wouldn’t quite say this was the best update yet (Had to), it was quite a good one. Especially if you’re on the right team (Team Blue for lyf bb.)
The best thing from this update, and I would say that this is gonna be pretty unanimous, was undoubtedly the continuation of the Mob quest. Seeing back in time to really get a good grasp on just what Esse’s Villa was like was something I was hoping for since last update, but I didn’t imagine that it’d happen so soon. Everything from the maidens and how at least a few of them have descendants we’ve already met, to getting a little taste of what Priscilla and Esse’s relationship was like, to even the ending with that cool step by step exit of the memory. I’d say I can’t wait to go back again, but considering how Esse kinda got stabbed… a lot after the events of the flashback, I guess that won’t be happening.
But that’s not all! Oh no, there’s no way I wouldn’t talk about the date. Heidi is probably my second favorite character when it comes to the lewd side of this game, so more with her is always better. And her mom, oh boy her mom. I absolutely love the “embarrassing mom” archetype, and it was nailed here. The little minigame was nice as well. Nothing too special, but a nice addition. Shame I ran into that bug. Btw, the gag where Clara just literally slides on in at the very mention of needing another judge? Funniest shit in the game.
Emmie’s escapades with her sister were nice, and I liked seeing that, while not the best father, the king does at least actually care for his daughters. In my opinion the sleepwalking one was just a bit better, but pocket Emmie is some of the cutest shit I’ve ever seen.
The only thing I’d say I didn’t care for that much was the candy in the warehouse, but it seemed more like setup than anything else, and the spooky hammer ghost was nice.
Btw, am I the only one who somehow missed the whole burping contest thing? Lol. I’m not so much into burping, but it’s nice that it’s there.
All in all, update? Good. Art? Incredible. Game? Very good. Emmie? Best. This post? Too long. The good work? Keep it up.

Had go go though and mark each spoiler paragraph individually.
Pain.
A lot of phenomenal content in this update. I was on the fence about playing this update vs saving it for later since it’s “just” side quests, but this easily had some of my favorite content in the game so far.
ETV’s Villa had so much eye candy but also made my heart hurt BAD. You nailed the bittersweet mood there. Never did I think a kink game would get me tearing up but here we are.
Heidi’s Mom was a close second though. The comedy in that was spot on, from the Costco/IKEA parody, to the angel/devil spotlighting how the women in his life have utterly infected Pro’s psyche, to some of Josh’s best dialogue yet, and of course the epic baking contest. Heidi might just become Best Girl for me by the end of the game, her stock rises with every scene she’s in.
Also, crazy theory time: after the bake-off, Heidi’s mom mentions that Heidi’s chest is getting bigger lately. Now maybe that’s a bit of weight gain from the “practicing” she mentioned, but I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess that she might be pregnant, since it’s been a few months since she and Pro started hooking up (I forget exactly how long the timeskip is during the Emmie Is Missing arc). It seems to me that Pro starting a family at the end of the adventure would be a great way for his arc to end. (And if her pregnancy just so happens to temporarily make her into another Big Eater in Pro’s life…well, the guy just can’t catch a break.)
The Ellie content is also very welcome, I’m glad she got a lot more to do, and her arc of wanting to live a richer life is getting some payoff. Getting to play through a scene as her was fun, and that bonus cutscene was everything I wished was in the original shrinking scene and more.
So, all in all: loved the update, it’s a great example of how “side” quests can really enrich the narrative. It also made me realize what a totally different level the game is on now than at the start of the project. Though it’s bittersweet that S.B. is approaching its grand finale, I’m more excited than ever to see what projects you work on after this one.
Edit: Also big ups to Clinko for all the amazing art assets in this update! Hard to imagine there was a time without all the cutaway art that really makes so many of the recent scenes memorable. I’m not 100% sure this is Brand New, but the dialogue portrait of Embarrassed Heidi is one of my all-time faves.

I love the new update, but I’m having trouble with two things.
- How do I get back to Bad Borken after completing the mission there?
- I can’t find the girl at the Captial goblin bar to have a burping contest with.
There’s a cultist outside the capital gate that will take you there. Took me a while to figure that out, I couldn’t remember how we got there the first time.

Everyone, there currently is a bug with the burping contest. If you had not completed stage 2 in bierbrunnan already, then you wont be able to get the new stage in the capital. It also does require bad girl points to access, like 4 or 5. I will be including that fix along with some other bugs like the stomach mini game one soon. Just waiting to see if anything else comes up.

Overall, this update was awesome. I very much like going through Esse’s memories and I hope, if you are fortunate enough to be able to do so, to explore more. The mall was a nice addition and I hope it was be expanded upon as well. I see a lot coming from Heidi and Pro in the future as what you have in the update was awesome. Though I did hope for more baking during that section. While I liked what occurred in Ellie’s side quests, I feel like you have more planned there. There is some more wiggle room for more hijinks. Though I do understand that it will depend what you have time for. I have been lucky enough not at experience any notable bugs other then some grammar issues.
I hope this will be less chaotic for you and other than having time to work on this game, I hope you find some time for yourself. I look forward to when the next update comes out in the next 4 months.
Played through the Ellie sections this morning. Delightful to see more interactions with the two! Ellie snuggled up to Emmie’s belly at the end there was heartwarming to behold.
The pocket-Emmie section was super fun, and a clever way of showing a massively stuffed Emmie without it causing too much grief for Pro ^^

Alright, this is for anyone who wants to know where the gluttony/pure options are at.
- In the first village, after defeating Markus, Emmie must choose whether or not to eat the stolen fish. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point, although she still gorges herself at the bar afterward, which doesn’t affect the route.
- In the second village, while trying to stealthily steal one of the guard’s keys, there is some food nearby. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, but alerting another guard to fight, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point, although either way, she ends up waking the guard, either with a stuffed belly belch, or a hungry stomach growl.
- In the same village, Emmie sneaks into a warehouse to start a fire, but must choose whether or not to eat the food inside. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point, although either way, a fight will occur afterward with some guards.
- In the third village, after saving the goblin brewery, there is a barrel of beer tainted by skunks left behind in a cave, and Emmie must choose whether or not to drink the beer. Drinking it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, along with enhancing her belch power to attack many foes at once, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point, although not going into the cave at all also counts as ignoring it. This is the first choice that is not mandatory to make in order to progress the story.
- In the fourth village, while at an inn, Emmie must choose whether or not to eat the dinner of some guests. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point, although either way, she ends up eating it soon afterward.
- On the ship, after performing a few tasks, Emmie goes into Clara’s room to get some chocolate, and must choose whether or not to eat the chocolate. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point, although choosing to skip the day’s events also counts as eating it.
- In the castle, after rescuing Ellie, Emmie must choose whether or not to grab some wine to share with her. Drinking it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point.
- In Nordenhaven, after devouring the secret candy room, Emmie and Clara encounter a giant cupcake, and Emmie must choose whether or not to eat the cupcake. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point. This is the second choice that is not mandatory to make in order to progress the story.
- On the deadly island, Emmie finds Clara unconscious on the beach, and Emmie must choose whether or not to give her rations. Eating it results in Emmie receiving a gluttony point, while ignoring it results in Emmie receiving a purity point.
Scoring one gluttony point will allow Emmie to learn the belch attack from a brunette woman at the bar in the second village. Scoring three will allow Emmie to teach it to a blue-haired woman who is originally disgusted by the brunette woman’s constant burping, but eventually becomes interested in learning how to do it. Scoring four will have Emmie shamelessly let out a massive belch while having lunch in the fourth village. Scoring six will have Emmie shamelessly let out a massive belch while sneakily eating food in the capital, and it will also allow Emmie to partake in a belching contest with the blue-haired woman and the brunette woman at the brewery in the third village.

That is all correct, except you are missing the one added in the most recent update where you can choose to eat a slime or not. But that is new content, so I won’t spoil it just yet.

A further thought on the Ellie section: Thinking back on it, my favourite bit was learning right at the end that ETV had nothing to do with the sleep-eating and had simply sat back and let Emmie’s own innate gluttony unfold. I was hoping to see this over the course of the story- it’s one thing to be under the thrall of a demon that leaves one perpetually hungry and needing to eat; it’s another to seek out gluttonous ventures on one’s own volition. I have full faith that were ETV and Emmie to part ways that Emmie will continue to think with her stomach!
Of course, gluttonous desires cannot exceed one’s physical limitations and without ETV’s presence I assume that Emmie will most likely lose out on her extraordinary physical capabilities to expand and digest. It makes me wonder if ETV will bestow a gift upon Emmie once the story is over. A token of her power perhaps?

You bring up a good point. I personally really enjoy seeing how much Emmie has become so gluttonous. I do wonder if ETV’s presence will have a lingering affect on Emmie. As in, down the line would Emmie herself become a budding demon similar to ETV, but perhaps good?

Yeah i guess i have it cause i can´t see her anywhere i think maybe i don´t have many bad girl point… and idk how to get them… i was really excited about cause i really want that burping contest since i see her telling emmie to do one… waiting so bad next update <3
