I think he said due to some retroactive flag stuff it’s permanently missable in the current build. I’ve not been to access it either despite being max gluttony
Hey, I have one question, I’ve been looking at the game files, and found an image called Clara_Destroyer but I don’t know how to activate that scene in-game, did I missed something or can I still activate it somehow?
Off the top of my head (and without spoiling too much), I think that was her nickname earned during a flashback from one of the Nordenhaven quests.
If it looks like she is younger and has long hair then that’s definitely it.
oh yeah pretty sure it has something to do with the candy shop quest, but I don’t know how to activate that scene in the game, I can only see the “destroyer” posters on the candy shop and on the memory replay, before entering the secret candy room
I think it was just a flashback image that came up in when Clara was recalling past events, with young Clara being escorted off the premises or something. Just a gag.
Yes, interact with the poster with Clara in front, see if that is what you are looking for.
In v121, the new version you should be able to get it if you have enough bad girl points.
nice, idk how much i have… but i hope i have enough for do it
You know, I’m starting to have trouble deciding if I like main story updates or sidequest updates more; they’re both so good! Rare that sidequests are so satisfying in an RPG and can rival the meat of the game’s plot. Mad props to the whole team, the new content, spritework, animations, portraits and art were all fantastic! Feels like the bar’s getting raised even higher, an impressive accomplishment to say the least. Gonna try to avoid spoilers as best I can, but needless to say I enjoyed each and every new sidequest, especially the flashback. And the rewards for them were all very exciting to receive. After all, cool new loot and abilities are the reason we go on sidequests in the first place, right?
A few things I noticed as potential bugs, hopefully I’m not repeating too much:
- Very minor clipping issue, when you enter the magic shop you can walk into red/blue/green jar tile on the end of counter in the front of the shop.
- I normally don’t point out typos as I understand it can get annoying, but there was one I thought was important and that was from the sleepover sidequest, I believe Ellie was the speaker but sorry, I can’t recall the exact moment during the scene that it happened. She said something got her “imagination souring” when it should be “imagination soaring”.
- Another very small bug from the sidequest mentioned in the previous note. When Ellie gets up in the middle of the night to go searching for Emmie, right after she gets out of bed, if you check the bear plushie in her bedroom Emmie will comment on it being cute, even though she’s not in the party at the time.
- I’m not sure if this is a bug, but it occurs both in the original version of this scene and when it’s replayed via memories. In the ETV flashback, after you have dealt with the gems mines and the ambassador, returning to the gem mines shows the man in charge of the mines standing sadly in front of a table upon which jiggles an orange slime. Even though I chose to eat the slime, this replacement slime is there afterwards. Perhaps it is a replacement, but the thing that makes me think it’s a bug is that if you talk to the man, he remarks that the slime is gone and Esse tells him he can get another one.
- I’ve seen other people have noticed a certain questline that seems as though it ends this update is still in the quest log, so I’ll assume that’s not a bug and we’ll see more work from a certain NPC in the future.
- Now this is probably not technically a bug, and may just be me being blind, but of the two replays added in this update, I could not find a new object in Ellie’s garden for Emmie to comment on after finishing the first one. There’s a new object for the second one, the statue of Esse is in the garden after watching the villa flashback memory, but I could not find a new object in the garden related to Pro’s shopping trip and visit to Heidi’s mom’s place, after replaying that memory.
And this isn’t a bug, just a minor criticism also related to me being a bit blind. In the villa flashback, after the final handmaidens scene where they burp, there are gold sparkles on one floor tile near the entrance that can be interacted with to see a composite art image that includes all four of the pictures seen during the final interaction with the handmaidens. This sparkle was really hard for me to notice, and I didn’t even see it when I first experienced the scene in the story. I had to catch it on a replay afterwards and this is a shame as I would hate for anyone to miss that amazing piece by clinko_clinko!
Absolutely fantastic update, keep up the great work everyone! I look forward to the contuined adventures of my favorite RPG party ever.
If I must be a pogging soyboi, then so be it.
is the second part of Heidi and the cookies plus other snacks part, how long is that part? I am at Heidi’s mother new home now. from Cloud Strife on discord
Is it possible to unlock a gallery mode or the minigames by themselves?
I don’t want to have to go through 12 hours of battles and text boxes just to see the few belly sequences that I see in the files.
There is a lets play of it on youtube I think.
It’s not the same, not only is it out of date but I’m pretty sure he’s doing a good girl run.
also the only thing worse than going through 12 hours of text boxes and battles is spending 12 hours scrubbing youtube videos for scenes that might not even be in them.
No, you have to play my game to enjoy my game. I do give you the ability to look at the art and sprites without the context of the game, but I do expect for you to see the goods you have to earn them. I will say that “a few belly sequences” is not a very good description. The game is jam packed with stuff and it is pretty rare that you go more than a room or two before something happens.
If you are absolutely adamant about not playing the game, you could ask someone here for a save file. That would give you access to the replay room where many scenes are located. Not all of them, especially the smaller ones, but that might be what you want.
I don’t think you understood my question but thanks for answering it anyways, I am enjoying the game quite a bit I’ve just not been able to fap to it, the Chuck sequences were really short, but now that I know there’s a replay feature I’m more incentivized to continue playing.
What exactly are the limitations of the replay feature?
The 12 hours of text boxes are my favorite part Lol.
Ah, alright. I apologize, I did not understand what you mean. So yes, there is a gallery to replay certain major scenes. Little scenes where Emmie swallows a fish, or something short happens do not have replays attached, but major events, like redoing the drinking at the end of the brewery tour do have a replay. The replays also have art at the end of scene. You get access to the replay feature once you get to the Capital.
Chuck, once you completely finish his quest line, allows you to do the little minigame as much as you want.
Ah cool, does anyone have a Chuckplete save?
