Good day everyone!
This post is to inform everyone we will be attempting to migrate the forums mainly off of AWS and to GCP this Thursday (1/4). During the migration the forums will be put into read only mode.
Outside of posting the forums should be up with the exception of a 30-60min period when we will be swapping SSL certs. I am expecting for the full process to take somewhere between 4-8 hours depending mainly on how the DB migration behaves. We are trying to use some nice tooling provided by GCP to migrate the DB that may cut it down to 2-3 hours but I have not been able to fully test it yet so can not say for sure.
