My suggestion, try going back to a previous save file where you haven’t given all the tokens to him, so you can still go into his office. Before giving him the last token, go to the gambler bat’s floor of the casino and see if the Boss appears there now. If I remember right, he said something about being busy after getting all ten tokens, and closes his office. That might be why he no longer appears after you give all ten tokens to him.
I’ve tried Using WINE as I’m on a mac, but ever since the Catalina update it won’t run. Any other suggestions on how to play this game on a mac
In Catalina, Apple dropped support for 32bit programs. Did you update WINE? if it still doesn’t work the game may be stuck in 32bit, and your next best bet is to set up a partition on your drive or set up a thumb drive to run windows.
Or you could emulate windows, but again that seems to be what you are attempting.
Also, maybe a WINESKIN could help?
Yeah, Apple messed up on that is the reason I stayed in Mojave. My favorite game Stellaris’s engine is 32 bit so no OS updates for me 
I used to have a windows partition, but the continual stealth updates were maddening (and still got some magical reboots) and I could never resolve how to stop windows from updating despite modifying the update list files with those K files.
I purchased Parallels for my Mac, which allows it to run a separate, windowed operation system (such as windows) yet that option is pricy as you have to pay for the parallels key as well as the windows operating system (for legal options that is). Not the best alternative, but it is there.

Game’s still good, but I accept that it’ll forever stay the way that it is. Besides, our Snail Overlord is still at it with other games P:

Yeah, it’s dropped from Imps at the University. You can find them inside, but the best place to farm it is at the entrance to the place, since I’m pretty sure they’re the only ones spawning in that area. They’re inside as well, but the other enemies are more formidable, so if you’re not up for it, make sure to just walk around outside the front door of the university. Make sure to have a good stock of food items, since the only thing the Imps drop is the kegs and those are pretty important for quests
if I recall. voreing the imps while good for fullness does not give kegs
