In addition to getting Yummy Burgers from food-eating contests, you will also be able to win Filling Reubens which can be used to increase the enemy’s Muscle and Fat stat. When buying Manly Steaks from the restaurant, you will have an option to keep them instead of eating them. Manly Steaks can be used in battle to increase the enemy’s Muscle stat.
Certain foods increase the amount of Muscle or Fat you are able to gain at night. Now there will be icons in the sidebar to indicate when you have these bonuses.
This will only work while you are still small, but if you talk to him you’ll be able to ask him to help teach you to lift with proper form. After that, you can thank him by taking him out to eat.

the bones of the new Curse mode, Curse of the Giant Boyfriend, have been added
its mostly just a few scenes, the main gameplay (gimmicks/loop) of the curse haven’t been added to the public version yet. They are in the patreon version, though, since they get the next update early, y’know

The upcoming 29.3 version adds images for the boyfriend in battle, including his fat stages, and the 29.4 version will have a route in The Curse of the Giant Boyfriend where he gains fat instead of muscle

Manage your boyfriend’s hunger, arousal, and frustration by getting him food, pleasing him, and taking him out to fight. Doing a good job makes him grow bigger.
Once he reaches a certain size, you’ll be able to take him outside so he can fight alongside you!

The time it takes for him to fuck decreases when his arousal rate is very high. When choosing to have sex with him, he may cum multiple times per hour
It’s your boyfriend in the Curse of the Giant Boyfriend. You get to name him, but the default is Zerd. In this curse, the player character doesn’t grow, instead your boyfriend does if you take care of him. For now he only gains muscle, but he joins you in battle so it’s possible for him to be temporarily fatter then. Routes where he can naturally gain fat are coming next time
