Other than the obvious splash screen image being missing and stopping the game from launching, there doesn’t seem to be much of a game at all. The first battle works, sort of. Choosing all of the ingredients correctly the first time around does beat the battle, but one mistake seemed to get me stuck in a constant loop of the game thinking I did it wrong. The second battle game me the recipe for the first battle, so I just had to guess at the correct combination, which go me stuck in another loop.
The concept is cool though, and without the pressure of the jam deadline I do believe you could make a really enjoyable gameplay loop out of this. Whether you want to then keep it as a short set of minigames or expand it out with a story is up to you, it could work both ways. So if you are interested in coming back to this, I’m looking forward to seeing what you can do.
