Hey, happy you’re back and with the new update! the new classes brings in way more replayability to the game and I had a lot of fun with the mage as she feels really different from the warrior. The archer is kinda weird tho. I’d really like to read how everyone else played her to see if it was just my dumb brain not seeing her actual power, but she feels like a less than vanilla character early game due to the low soul gain and the fact that life drain is basically a death sentence taking away almost 20% of her health. Later game (I noticed after boss 2) she’s an entirely different story having absolutely belligerent boss damage, but in between bosses I feel like I’m not doing much but vanilla take chance on below average melee or shooting the odd arrow. Sniping bosses is super fun so I guess a rough early game is fine. I can’t wait to see what you come up with next for this game. In particular I think you might have a creative solution to healer class in this single party member adventure. While playing and getting horrible rng on negotiating with goblins and thinking of how to balance a healer class in the game I thought maybe a goblin cleric who gives up her own weight and thus damage on her gut attack and max health in order to heal might be neat design space, it could be weak healing (like 5-10 health) so it doesn’t end up being better blocking until maybe you show your faith with relatively weak holy magic so as to not step on the mages toes and that gives stacks or something to make the healing gets stronger or maybe just give up extra weight for it idk. Anyway great update and good luck with what comes next! Sorry for all the edits it’s late lol
