Tips and tricks to the coding of this?

So I am trying to make a breast expansion pill without lactation, I am using the horse bean and vigor cream as an example and it keeps giving me the same line that I put in keeps being played out to me. Can someone help me with this or kinda guide me in the right direction?

EDIT: I was able to make a breast expansion cream but I want to do something that is more of a growth over time type deal.

An “effect” is probably the simplest way to go for changing something over time. But maybe not for a pulsing sort of change.
