Trouble finding dragon game

The game is called Chief (I think. I could be wrong). I remember because I made a thread a long while ago looking for it myself. Short thread so not a lot to look through

Looking for a game (Again)

Was it possibly about a dragon staying at a hotel? With various food additives increasing their appetite, food capacity (different from appetite - the dragon could be ‘full but still hungry’) and happiness and so on? Maybe I misread and it was a tribe and not a hotel, but I think it was a hotel.
