It was for making the first proxy have a higher chance of being a female instead of having to exit and restart the program about ten times to get one.
Also if anyone knows if there is a way to add a chance for the first proxy to be a futa, that would be nice as well.

It would be trivial to make one that gave futa’s a chance. If you know anything about the game’s files you should be able to open it up and figure it out. Otherwise i’ll do it after work sometime
