How about a description of level of muscle tone as well? Does she work out, or does she seem more plain?

Details description is something always struggle with

Same honestly.
Also another thing for on the end perhaps it could be instead,
“She eats an average of one plate per meal and rarely ever eats the second that would leave her stuffed.”
