That sounds VERY uncomfortable
Coming from the hound whose been contorted, stuck in really small spaces, been hurt by a variety of things and occasionally do surprisingly acrobatic but no less clumsy actions
An enema of sand sounds very uncomfortable considering how itll get stuck in various places inside

wouldn’t oxygen be really bad for you though? both due to it’s explosiveness, but also due to potentially experiencing hyperoxia?

What? Helium inflation is fine IRL.
I only did air and water IRL, but people online do helium all the time; it’s not worth it though, since people can’t get nearly big enough to lose weight from it.

Semi-related, inflation isn’t bad for you unless you make some dumb rookie mistakes, or try to overdo it too quickly.
The two best IRL inflators currently active are Rachel Sunrise's Porn Videos | Pornhub and Pump Me Up's Porn Videos | Pornhub and Rachel Sunrise has done helium at least once, too.

I know, but the reason why I brought it up was because of some kind of health-related science book I read in school that revealed that breathing helium could cause things like broken blood vessels.

That’s if you breathe it, though, not if you put it up your ass or something. The problem is if you get it in your lungs, which are trying to extract oxygen from whatever’s in them.

The reason why I chose air is due to, if pumped into the intestines through the rear, how it can result in (mostly) odorless farts.
