It uses Renpy, Joiplay is a good app to play those games on mobile
I do have one question, is there any point to continuing practicing cooking after you have enough confidence to invite Danielle over to dinner? (It more recipes) or should you lock the practice as soon as you can
I did try joiplay but this game doesn’t work on it
So I found a glitch, when you are in the stage ||where Danielle is a feedee and is totally into gaining weight for the player|| the appetite stimulant and weight gain powder options are reversed. So clicking on appetite stimulant causes her to have her weight gain powder dialogue, and vice versa
You need to make sure you have the Renpy data to be able to play renpy games, Joiplay has a Patreon where you can get access to the more recent updates for free

Renpy games also work under Gamenative, if Joiplay is too problematic.
