I don’t know how many are actively working on this already, and maybe this isn’t the best category for this because im sure many have it muted but there are a lot of mods and games, especially mods, which don’t have a wiki page listing on the new wiki site. Given the growing uncertainty of this forum’s continued existence, it seems it may be a good time for as many users as possible to begin collectively cataloguing the entire backlog of content on this forum into the wiki format to prevent significant media loss. I think I’ll try to help as well, but I figured the best I could do first is a call to action.

Backing up websites to platforms like archive.org or archive.is may be the optimal solution.
If enough bandwidth and time are available, running a local crawler to deeply scrape the entire site can capture all download links, though most will eventually expire, and only content directly uploaded to the site can be permanently preserved. Users should back up their favorite artists’ works themselves whenever possible.
Reviewing the expense breakdown reveals numerous areas where sub-optimal management leads to financial leakage, though this remains understandable for such hobby projects. The webmaster’s mentioned sense of burnout also suggests miracles are unlikely. Temporary alternatives are equally unfeasible, after all, most people are reluctant to associate their names with such niche interest websites, while offshore server costs are prohibitively expensive.
